My Growing Belly.....Our Growing Family

Last week, we finally got around to having some maternity pictures done. We barely squeezed them in when I was pregnant with Micah. I had them done on a Monday and he was born that Saturday. I didn't want to push it that close this time, and after a few wonderful trips to the hospital with Asher already, I figured we better get the pictures done quickly! They turned out great, thanks to the wonderful Holly Ellington. Here are a few, more to come later!

Can't wait to meet our new lil man, Asher, very soon! I'm 37 weeks this week, so he will be here SOON!

Two...Oh My!

Two years ago today, we woke up and got ready to help with the Easter Blitz at church. We passed out cards inviting Valdosta to attend Easter services at CrossPointe. I was 37 weeks pregnant and had no clue what the rest of the day would hold for us. About 4:00 in the afternoon, we ended up at the hospital because Micah wasn't moving. I was hooked up to the monitors and everything was fine. I had not been in any pain, felt no pressure, and had not been having contractions. My midwife came in and we were told I was already 5 cm dilated and 80% effaced, so we would not be leaving the hospital. It was time to have a baby! At 8:50pm Micah was born!

Can't believe that it's been two years since Micah's birth. We have been so blessed during these past two years with so many wonderful memories. Micah has brought such joy to our lives! Below are just a few favorites from the past two years. There are so many more I could have posted but tried to keep it to just a few.
